Playing with your own sensitivity with same cm/360° is very important in FPS games like Overwatch and Fortnite.
That’s because you build muscle memory while aiming, and having the same sensitivity for all the games will help you play more consistent and let you focus on other things instead of your aim.

How to Check Your Overwatch Sensitivity
If you’re not sure how to find your sensitivity in Overwatch, follow this step by step guide.
Step 1. In Overwatch, go to Options.
If you’re in a game, you can also press the Escape key to see Options button.
Step 2. Click on Controls tab.
Step 3. The number next to “Sensitivity” is your Overwatch mouse sensitivity.
If you changed the sensitivity for a specific hero in the past, or if you want to see the zoom sensitivity of a hero, you can click on the dropdown menu on the top that currently says “All heroes”.
For example to check the Widowmaker sensitivities, click on the dropdown and click on “Widowmaker”.
You can see the hero-specific sensitivity next to “Sensitivity”. Below that you can see other hero-specific settings as well.
Under “Hero”, you can see your zoom sensitivity next to “Relative Aim Sensitivity While Zoomed”.
How to Change Your Fortnite Sensitivity
Now that you know your Overwatch sensitivity, you can convert it to a Fortnite sensitivity.
After you get your converted sensitivity, change your Fortnite sensitivity like this:
Step 1. In Fortnite, click on the Menu button on the top right corner, or press Escape.
Step 2. When Menu is open, click on “Settings” on the right side of the screen.
Step 3. Inside Settings, click on the Mouse and Keyboard button on the top. It’s the 4th icon from the left.
Step 4. You can find sensitivity settings here.
X-Axis Sensitivity | Mouse sensitivity when moving in horizontal axis, or left/right. |
Y-Axis Sensitivity | Mouse sensitivity when moving in vertical axis, or up/down. |
Targeting Sensitivity | How much you want to reduce sensitivity while targeting, such as using aim down sites(ADS). For example, 100% means you will use the normal sensitivity while targeting, and 50% means you will use half sensitivity while targeting. |
Scope Sensitivity | How much you want to reduce sensitivity while scoped such as sniper rifles. For example, 100% means you will use the normal sensitivity while scoped, and 50% means you will use half sensitivity while scoped. |
